About the event
To help usher in the changes that come with each season Pivotal Movement Studio will offer a special seasonal Candlelight Yoga. You will begin with a candlelight meditation that moves into an energetic flow for about 45 minutes and finish with 30 minutes of restorative poses. Allowing each student to release and let go of what they leave behind in the last seasonand preparing their mind and body for the season ahead.
