Service Description

Allow your kids to explore fun ways of stretching and moving while cultivating an understanding of breath and how it affects our bodies, minds, and nervous system. Join us for a fun time on the mat every week this summer! Make up classes can be done in Monthly Family Yoga Class.

Cancellation Policy

ALL CLASSES must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. If there is a need to cancel it must be done 2 hours before class to be eligible for class credit. If you need assistance contact Pivotal Movement Studio directly through website, pivotaldanceandyoga@gmail.com or 214-475-1667.
