Service Description

HIIT is an interval training class that incorporates rounds of timed exercises(4-8 exercises, usually 20 seconds long) where students get to push to their level of intensity followed by short rests between rounds. This is an excellent class for all fitness levels to build endurance, strength and burn fat.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

All classes before 8:00am must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. All other classes should be booked at least 2 hours in advance to ensure space is available in class. If a need to cancel should occur, please remove booking or contact Pivotal Movement Studio so that class can be refunded and your spot may be used for other participants.
